Pandoras Star is typical Hamilton in that it is another great tale of science fiction with excellent characters and very well thought out from start to finish. The story is fantastic with a great mix of mystery, suspense, action and sci-fi. There are some very good character developments which is a Hamilton specialty i think/5().
Since these books (Pandora's Star and Judas Unchained) are two parts of the same story, I will review them as one. Peter Hamilton excels here; from the unexpected twist to the first Mars landing and its immense consequences, to the Starflyer mystery, and best of all to the aliens let loose on an unsuspecting and peaceful Commonwealth - they are truly alien, and seemingly /5().
